Happy CX Day 2023!

Today is CX Day! CX Day is promoted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) to celebrate CX professionals and the amazing work we do to deliver excellent customer experiences.

We CX professionals are all too familiar with the lack of customer-focus in many organisations. Unfortunately, something as obvious as the necessity to build excellent customer experiences sometimes feels like an uphill struggle.

It needn’t be. Customer Experience is good for growth and the bottom line.

We could share many stats to validate the importance of the work that we do, but I want to share a very powerful one: customer-centric companies are 60% more profitable than companies that don’t focus on customers. A customer-centric mindset is a no brainer.
