Unfortunately, something as obvious as the necessity to build excellent customer experiences sometimes feels like an uphill struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It needn&#8217;t be. Customer Experience is good for growth and the bottom line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We could share many stats to validate the importance of the work that we do, but I want to share a very powerful one: customer-centric companies are <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/ie\/Documents\/Strategy\/2014_customer_centricity_deloitte_ireland.pdf\">60% more profitable<\/a> than companies that don&#8217;t focus on customers.
